About Radagast
Radagast the Brown is one of the Istari, the mighty wizards sent to Middle-earth by the Valar. He is renowned for his deep connection to nature and animals, with whom he communicates and travels. Radagast lives in seclusion at Rhosgobel, his woodland home, where he devotes himself to the secrets of the plant and animal worlds. Unlike some of his companions, Radagast focuses less on great political conflicts and more on maintaining the natural balance of Middle-earth. His clothing is simple and natural, his hair and beard appearing unkempt, for he cares less about outward appearance than his work with nature. Despite his eccentricity and preference for solitude, Radagast possesses considerable magical powers and ancient knowledge.
