About this figure

Starkiller / Galen Marek wears a dark gray vest with black trim over a tan torso. The torso design features straps and technical details reflecting his role as Vader's assassin. Unlike most other figures in this collection, this variant represents a living human rather than the armored machine of Darth Vader. His black head with distinctive upper lip and focused expression, paired with black legs, completes the appearance of a young warrior of the Imperial Era. Orange and black coloring on the arms suggests injury or burn damage.

About Galen Marek

Galen Marek was a Force-sensitive human warrior who became an accomplished fighter during the Imperial Era in the Star Wars universe. Born on Kashyyyk to Jedi Knights Kento and Mallie Marek in the aftermath of the Clone Wars, Marek's early life changed when his father was slain by Sith Lord Darth Vader in a lightsaber duel as the Empire invaded Kashyyyk during the Great Jedi Purge. Recognizing the orphaned boy's raw strength in the Force, Vader abducted him and raised him to embrace the dark side. Taken from his home at a very young age, Marek forgot his past and his birth name. Under the codename "Starkiller," he became one of Vader's deadliest assassins. Due to the Sith Rule of Two, which allowed only two Sith at any given time, Starkiller was not considered a true Sith so long as his master remained apprenticed to Darth Sidious. For years, he worked in secret for the Empire, aspiring to become a true Dark Lord of the Sith and help Vader overthrow Sidious and seize the throne. After proving himself through trials, he was formally acknowledged as Vader's apprentice and ordered to eliminate the last remaining Jedi Masters. Following successful missions against these experienced targets, Starkiller was betrayed by Vader after the Emperor confronted them both. Despite this betrayal, Starkiller remained loyal to his master and participated in initiating a rebellion against Imperial rule. The operation proved to be another deception orchestrated by Sidious and Vader to crush the rebellion before it could truly begin. However, Marek survived and infiltrated the Death Star to rescue three senators he had earlier convinced to join the cause. Though he was killed in the resulting battle aboard the battle station, the senators escaped with the aid of Marek's companions PROXY and Juno Eclipse. Through Marek's final actions, the Alliance to Restore the Republic was officially established.
