Power Miners

Power Miners ran for two years from 2009 and paired an ordinary crew with something unusual: the rock monsters. The miners themselves are working figures, helmets, stubble, drill gear, but their opponents are moulded creatures with crystal-eating jaws and no minifigure parts at all, in a colour for each type. That contrast is the whole theme, and it makes the collection easy to sort at a glance and unusually satisfying to complete, since the run is short and closed.
