Delete your account

How to delete your Plasticfolk account and all data that belongs to it.

In the app or in a browser

1. Sign in to the Plasticfolk app or to plasticfolk.app.
2. Open Settings → Account.
3. Choose Delete account… and confirm with your password and your username.

The account is deleted immediately. Before that, you can download a backup of your collection.

By email

If you can no longer sign in, write to moin+datenschutz@flore.nz from the email address of your account. We usually delete the account within 14 days.

What is deleted

Your account with all copies, lists, auctions, offers, photos, profile picture, connections to other accounts and activity cards, removed completely from the database and file storage.

What is kept

• The audit log of administrative actions, without field values and without your email address.
• The record of your invitation, if you signed up with one, for as long as it is needed to keep the code from being used again.

So löschen Sie Ihr Plasticfolk-Konto und alle zugehörigen Daten.

In der App oder im Browser

1. Melden Sie sich in der Plasticfolk-App oder auf plasticfolk.app an.
2. Öffnen Sie Einstellungen → Konto.
3. Wählen Sie Konto löschen… und bestätigen Sie mit Ihrem Passwort und Ihrem Benutzernamen.

Das Konto wird sofort gelöscht. Vorher können Sie eine Sicherung Ihrer Sammlung herunterladen.

Per E-Mail

Ohne Zugang zum Konto schreiben Sie von der E-Mail-Adresse Ihres Kontos an moin+datenschutz@flore.nz. Wir löschen das Konto in der Regel innerhalb von 14 Tagen.

Was gelöscht wird

Ihr Konto mit allen Exemplaren, Listen, Auktionen, Angeboten, Fotos, Profilbild, Verbindungen zu anderen Konten und Aktivitätskarten, vollständig aus Datenbank und Dateispeicher.

Was erhalten bleibt

• Das Prüfprotokoll administrativer Handlungen, ohne Feldwerte und ohne Ihre E-Mail-Adresse.
• Der Datensatz Ihrer Einladung, falls Sie mit einer registriert wurden, solange er nötig ist, damit der Code nicht erneut verwendet werden kann.
