About this figure
The Mark 7 armour with small helmet visor was available only in set 6869-1. The helmet design features a narrower visor than later variants. The torso print is dominated by the central reactor emblem on classic red armour. The legs are translucent cyan-blue, suggesting the technical understructure. The hands are printed with typical repulsor details. Two face prints are included.
About Iron Man
Iron Man is the armoured suit of the industrialist and inventor Tony Stark, and one of the central figures of the Marvel universe. Stark builds the first suit in captivity in order to escape, then develops it across many generations. The armour provides flight, protection and repulsor weapons; the reactor at its chest is its signature. Stark is among the founding members of the Avengers.
