About this figure
This minifigure represents the Mark 17 armour, also known as Heartbreaker. It was available only in set 76008-1. The armour is distinguished by its characteristic red and gold colour scheme. The chest print displays detailed technical artwork with a central blue reactor. Compared to the earlier Mark 7 variant sh0036, the Mark 17 features a refined scale pattern on the torso and enhanced leg details. The helmet retains the small visor style of earlier versions.
About Iron Man
Iron Man is the armoured suit of the industrialist and inventor Tony Stark, and one of the central figures of the Marvel universe. Stark builds the first suit in captivity in order to escape, then develops it across many generations. The armour provides flight, protection and repulsor weapons; the reactor at its chest is its signature. Stark is among the founding members of the Avengers.
